THE STAGES OF MEDITATION: A SIX WEEK INTENSIVE ON THE FIRST FOUR STAGES OF MEDITATION

Every Saturday from August 7 through Sept 11, 2021. 12-2pm EST

This course is an in-depth look at the first four stages of meditation. 

 

Stage One: Establishing a Practice

Stage Two: Interrupted Attention and Overcoming Mind Wandering

Stage Three: Extended Attention and Overcoming Forgetting

Stage Four: Continuous Attention and Overcoming Distraction and Dullness

In each two-hour class we will cover theory and practice instructions with time for questions and individualized feedback. My attitude toward practice emphasizes ease, relaxation and joy rather than driven intensity, and I can explain the most technical material in an accessible, useful and experiential way.
